Terms & Policies – Memory Makers Travel Agency
1. Booking Policy
- A minimum advance payment (usually 30–50%) is required to confirm your package.
- Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to departure.
- Bookings are confirmed only after receiving written confirmation and payment.
- All prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before departure: Partial refund (after deducting applicable charges).
- 15–29 days before departure: Up to 50% cancellation charges.
- Less than 15 days: Up to 100% charges may apply.
- No refunds for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days after cancellation.
- Refunds depend on airline, hotel, and third-party supplier policies.
- Processing fees and non-refundable components (like visa, insurance) will be deducted.
4. Visa Assistance
- We assist with documentation and visa applications but do not guarantee approval.
- Visa fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The traveler is responsible for providing accurate information and documents.
5. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend travel insurance for all travelers.
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to check the insurance coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies, or baggage loss.
6. Travel Documentation
- Travelers must carry valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas, and other required documents.
- We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to missing/invalid documents.
7. Itinerary Changes
- Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, flight delays, or operational reasons.
- Memory Makers Travel Agency reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions for services or accommodations when necessary.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or damages due to natural disasters, political events, airline issues, or other force majeure events.
- We are not responsible for personal belongings lost during travel.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Travelers must inform us of any special needs, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions before booking.
- Any damages to hotel property or transport due to traveler negligence will be charged directly to the customer.
10. Child Policy
- Child rates vary by destination and service provider.
- Valid ID or passport must be presented for children at check-in or boarding.
11. Payment Methods
- We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, and other approved methods.
- Any transaction fees are to be borne by the client.
12. Force Majeure
- In case of unavoidable events (e.g., natural calamities, pandemics, civil unrest), services may be rescheduled or cancelled as per supplier policies. Refunds or credits will be handled accordingly.
